GREAT QUESTION! Yeah there are streamlined programming options that focus on volume and efficiency but this isn’t that. No cookie cutter programs here! Your program will be developed and modified to fit your current body and your future body goals! We will progress your training regimen monthly to account for the changes that will occur in your body as you get leaner and stronger!
WILL I LEARN ANYTHING?
Through 1 on 1 Coaching calls you will develop a better understanding of how your body operates and the necessary adjustments you’ll need to make to get you performing optimally. While you’re learning about yourself we will be doing the same! Building a relationship that will organically produce more data about your body and daily habits that will results in an unrivaled programming strategy with stellar results!
